It was my friends' success with the diet that gave me the
motivation to try it. Every time I go off of the diet
I don't feel as well, so it's definitely worth it for me.

What is becoming very apparent through various peer reviewed studies is
that by changing our diet - eliminating that which causes
havoc in the body (animal protein) and adding in plant based proteins and eating lots of
vegetables, legumes, beans, and whole grains, we can not only prevent disease, but also heal from it once it is already in motion.

So my final verdict for the Military Diet is that
it is indeed a diet that can shed some fat, but not what it proclaims to be,
and thus I would say 1 to 3 pounds would be the maximum weight to lose on this diet plan, but certainly not 10 pounds.

I like redbull... hate coffee and tea... only thing about sugar free anything
is the aspartame used in replace as the sweetener...
but I won't be drinking it much other than on day 1 each week.
