For those who enjoy coffee, you can have that too, provided you use a little bit of real heavy cream
instead of milk, and use sugar substitute to sweeten it.

I noticed reductions in pain pretty much straight away but the real difference is the diet to.
It all seems a lot to go through but all I can say is trust me,
it's well worth it. I have given Paul (the health guy) a lot of praise on various sites as what he kindly wrote
about his situation really helped me. Get your husband to follow his
regime (very strictly).
