But after reading all this info on gut microbes
and knowing about their connection to skin I've been wondering

Especially over the past few months as I seem to have
found a mix that really works for me. So I can get a diet
that varies for nutritional reasons, but 65-80% of what the bugs eat stop eat is virtually unchanging.
