I see a lot of your diets here, unfortunately almost all of you will experience the same problem, once your
body gets used to the dietary plan plan you are on, it will stop losing
fat, so if you can work out 2 meal ideas stretching over 2 weeks each,
the one that you are on now (comprising beans ect.) and then a stricter one which you have to
cut the following food out also, NO beans, corn, Patatoes,
any high glucose fruits (better to eat can be watermelons, grapefruits ect, NO bananas,
apples, grapes ect).

If you are trying to lose weight from target trouble
areas (e.g. tummy or waist or lower body) then you need to do weights or do specific exercise targeting your trouble areas

Because it said you should lose around 10 lbs or so on this diet
