I have very little expertise in computer programming but
I was hoping to start my own blog in the near future.

However, I did try it... all though I did not lose 10lbs...I lost 5.
I primarily think I didn't lose all 10, because I didn't follow as recommended when it came to
the water intake.

Seriously though, the recommendation for the potato diet is to consume 2-4 lbs of potatoes in 1-2 meals every day, which breaks down to
1-2 lbs per meal.

I would imagine that such a diet would produce a very healthy microbiome, but I question whether all-plant diets
are healthy to the human as well.

Bottom line, unless you're really active and this just isn't
enough calories for you, this diet shouldn't make you feel horrible unless you need a major change
