My mom isnt really sure if I should start this diet because she doesn't
know the long term effects of HCG, but the way I see it is, Being overweight also has its long term effects, so I have to
choose which is more important.

I am having a terrible time with the drinks aspect -
as people tend to view not drinking as a social signal of some sort rather
than just not wanting carbs - is there any combination or alcoholic drink that can be ordered that is
the least counter effective to the diet.
