Bottom line, unless you're really active and this just isn't
enough calories for you, this diet shouldn't make you feel horrible unless you need a major change
in your daily eating habits.

The Wilburesque diet seemed to improve on a high fiber diet, but not
answered is how it might compare to, say, a normal paleo diet plus just potato starch
or just inulin.

If you are in your 90s any drug might be hard to metabolize, so
make sure to start with a very low dose -no more than 500 mg and only raise it after a few days if you can tolerate it.
That is how metformin should be started for most

I know that's not bad, I started my HEALTHY LIFESTYLE a month and a half ago by eating right and working out
(which lets face it, is the best and guaranteed way to lose and keep off the weight) I still believe that 'fasting' or
