I have made similar with cake mix using club soda or seltzer..this is a
good alternative if you don't want the artificial sweetners
and you still diet for 50 year old man to lose weight (Andrew) all the fat/calories fromt the eggs and oil.

I've never monitored my blood for ketones,

As for stevia, I know plenty of people who use some stevia to sweeten beverages and foods and use weight on ETL
just like others who don't use it. Personally, if I have
any form of concentrated sweetener, whether is is zero calorie or not, it triggers a craving in my brain that wants more sweet, which usually leads to foods
I shouldn't be eating.
