Exercise for 10 minutes in the morning, exercise for 10 minutes at
lunch, exercise for 10 minutes when you get home in the evening and
do whatever you can at your desk during the day.

I have been diagnosed with hereditary pancreatitis and over the years I
have had 13 ERCP & 2 MRCP and my Dr has informed me that the bile duct is exceptionally small and would
not recommend any kind of surgery I am 46 year old women and a full time job that I leave home early due to my pancreas issues.

A couple weeks ago, my PCP diagnosed me with Vitamin D defiency and told me that my lipase was normal
and my amylase was a little raised (which it had been since my hospital visit,
