I am suffering from gut dysbiosis (self-assessment, no confirmed diagnosis due to lack of a competent professional where I live)
and therefore feel really tempted to embark on the potato diet for 50 year old man to lose weight for a couple of days at least to see whether it improves any of my symptoms (brain fog/exhaustion, bloating/bellyache,
ankle edema).
