Try preparing a weekly meal plan - i realise this can be
a little involved at first, but once you have something in place you can put it

I also happened to be at the Dr. yesterday and although I have been low carbing as best I was able the past few months I wasn't really dedicated but the past month being more strict

I like redbull... hate coffee and tea... only thing about sugar free anything is the aspartame
used in replace as the sweetener... but I won't be
