So 5 months and 3 relapses later, i went for an MRI
and was diagnosed with pancreatic duct stones due to the several attacks in the past 5 mths.

I know that's not bad, I started my HEALTHY LIFESTYLE a month and a half
ago by eating right and working out (which lets face it, is the best and guaranteed
way to lose and keep off the weight) I still believe that 'fasting' or 'cleansing' your
body is still good for you!

And I know it's tied to my gut health because since
I got this bad and started suspecting food causes I started watching what I ate and trying elimination diets and raw food and whole foods
and things like that; and it's like a switch, if I really restrict my
diet to whole, simple foods the itching cuts down, way down (especially if I eat raw
vegetables, that seems to help extra, like it calms my skin down), and in a few days the itching is a
lot less.
